We strive for fast, efficient shipping so that you get your wood products when you need them. Given the nature of our assortment, many products are large and heavy and not cost-effective to ship, so click here to find a retailer closest to you.

Online Order Shipping Details:
Order processing may take up to 10 business days to package, process, and ship. Customers will be contacted if processing times are extended, especially during advertised sales and promotions.
Shipping times may be extended by observed Holidays, inclement weather, and factors out of our control.
All BBQ pellet bags will ship via the best available carrier, which may include USPS, FedEx and UPS. Note: orders may be shipped in multiple packages when ordering multiple bags. Please review provided carrier tracking information for your order details.
