Steps

  1. Remove the membrane off your baby back ribs and slice into individual ribs.
  2. Season all sides with Meat Church Fajita seasoning and place on the smoker at 275°F for 2 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 170°F. 
  3. Pull the ribs off the smoker and place them into a smoker safe pan covering the ribs with Bear & Burton’s Breakfast Sauce or tomatillo salsa. 
  4. Cover with aluminum foil and place back onto the smoker for 1 hour or until probe-tender. 
  5. Remove from the smoker and enjoy!
