Steps

  1. Add all the ingredients into a large bowl and mix until combined. Use a 2oz scoop to portion the meatballs and then roll them between your hands to smooth them out.
  2. Place on a sheet tray lined with parchment paper and smoke at 300°F for about one hour.
  3. Transfer the meatballs to a casserole dish then pour over turkey gravy and cook for 30 more minutes.
  4. Garnish with parsley and serve as an appetizer or over mashed potatoes to make it a full meal.

  • 2lbs. lean ground turkey
  • 1 box Stovetop stuffing
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 tbsp dry parsley
  • salt + pepper to taste
  • 2 cups turkey gravy
  • 2 tbsp fresh chives
