Sticky Sweet Baby Back Ribs

Sticky Sweet Baby Back Ribs

You can’t go wrong with ribs, especially if you follow Bear Mountain ambassador Joey DiApice of @BBQFriend’s tasty and sweet recipe.

Prep time: 30 minutes

Cook time: 4.5 hours

Serves: 2-4

  1. Preheat your grill or smoker to 250F. Add charcoal and Bear Mountain’s Cherry BBQ Wood Chunks.
  2. Take the membrane off of your ribs. Season them liberally with the rub of your choice, we used Meat Church’s The Gospel BBQ Rub.
  3. Place ribs on the smoker and leave alone for 4 hours or until the internal temperature is 200F.
  4. Once your internal temperature hits 200F, baste with your favorite sticky sweet BBQ sauce and cook for another 30 minutes or so until the sauce is nice and tacky.
  5. Remove the ribs from the grill or smoker and let rest for about 15 minutes before slicing to enjoy.
