Steps
Wings:
- Preheat your smoker to 375F.
- Add chicken wings, Meat Church Holy Voodoo and cornstarch to a bowl and toss to evenly coat.
- Place onto smoker at 375F for 20 minutes, then flip and let them go for another 20 minutes until the internal temperature is 175F.
Sauce:
- Melt 3 tablespoons of butter in a pan and add in minced garlic, minced ginger, half a bottle of the Bachan’s Miso Japanese BBQ sauce, Mikes Hot Honey, and chili oil. Let simmer for a few minutes to thicken.
- Toss wings in sauce and top with green onion and enjoy!
