Wings:

1. Preheat your smoker to 375F. 
2. Add chicken wings, Meat Church Holy Voodoo and cornstarch to a bowl and toss to evenly coat. 
3. Place onto smoker at 375F for 20 minutes, then flip and let them go for another 20 minutes until the internal temperature is 175F. 

Sauce:

1. Melt 3 tablespoons of butter in a pan and add in minced garlic, minced ginger, half a bottle of the Bachan’s Miso Japanese BBQ sauce, Mikes Hot Honey, and chili oil. Let simmer for a few minutes to thicken. 
2. Toss wings in sauce and top with green onion and enjoy!
