  1. Preheat smoker/grill to 350F.
  2. Add cheese, sausage, pepper jack cheese, diced tomatoes, onion, jalapenos and cream of jalapeno soup to an aluminum tray and place on the smoker.
  3. Stir occasionally until everything is melted and well incorporated.
  4. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips.

Ingredients:

  • 1 block of Velveeta cheese
  • 1 lb. ground sausage (cooked and drained)
  • 8 oz. pepper jack cheese
  • 10 oz. can of Ro-Tel Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies
  • ½ white onion (diced)
  • 7 oz. can of sliced jalapenos
  • 10.5 oz. can of cream of jalapeno soup
