Smoked Jalapeño Popper Queso

Serves: 3-4
Ingredients:
- 16 oz of Velveeta Queso Blanco Cheese
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 4 oz shredded cheddar
- 4 oz shredded mozzarella
- ½ cup diced jalapeños
- 1 lb chopped crispy bacon
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp BBQ rub
- 2 cups milk
- Tortilla chips
- Aluminum foil pan
- Bear Mountain BBQ’s Chef’s Choice, available exclusively at Walmart
Instructions:
- Fire up your grill or smoker to 325 degrees. Pour in Bear Mountain’s Chef’s Choice pellets.
- In an aluminum foil pan combine Velveeta, cream cheese, cheddar, mozzarella, jalapeños, bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, BBQ rub and milk.
- Place on the smoker for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
- Once it’s creamy, remove from the smoker.
- Garnish with more jalapeños and crispy bacon.
- Serve with your favorite tortilla chips and dive right in.
