  1. Preheat the pellet grill to 250°F with Bear Mountain Tailgating BBQ pellets.
  2. Mix the cream cheese, shredded cheese, BBQ rub, and jalapeños then spread over each pretzel.
  3. Top with extra cheese and press the cheese down into the mixture then dust with more of your BBQ rub.
  4. Place on smoker and smoke for about 35-45 minutes until melty, golden, and irresistible.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
