Steps
- In a food processor, combine the chopped pickles, mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, hot sauce, onion powder, and garlic powder. Pulse until smooth or your desired consistency.
- Toss the shredded cabbage with about half of the burger sauce. Add the sesame seeds, dry minced onion, and fresh dill, mixing until evenly coated.
- Preheat your smoker to 350°F. Season both sides of the burger patties with salt and pepper, then smoke until they reach your preferred doneness. Top with the American cheese during the last few minutes of cooking so it melts.
- Spread the remaining burger sauce onto the bottom bun. Layer on the cheesy smoked burger patties, a handful of crispy French fries, and a generous scoop of Burger Slaw. Top with the bun and serve immediately.

- ¼ cup chopped pickles
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 3 TBSP ketchup
- 2 TBSP mustard
- 1 TBSP hot sauce
- ½ TSP onion powder
- ½ TSP garlic powder
- Shredded cabbage
- Sesame seeds
- Dry minced onion
- Fresh dill
