Smoked Bacon Cheddar Jalapeño Pinwheels

  1. Fill your hopper with Bear Mountain’s Chef’s Choice Signature Blend pellets. Heat grill or smoker to 375°F.
  2. In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese, chopped jalapeños, shredded cheese, and chopped bacon. Stir until well combined.
  3. Roll out crescent roll dough into two long rectangular sheets. Pinch together any seams and spread cream cheese mixture evenly over both.
  4. Starting on one end, roll the dough up tightly. Cut each roll into 16 pieces.
  5. Spray sheet pan with cooking spray and place pinwheels on sheet pan.
  6. Smoke at 375°F for about 15-20 minutes, remove from the grill or smoker, and enjoy!
