Shredded Beef Sliders

The perfect snack sandwich for any get together! Bear Mountain ambassador Brian Gerwig has our mouth watering with these shredded beef sliders!
Steps
- Fire up your grill to 275°F.
- Slice your chuck roast into large cubes and season with your favorite barbeque rub.
- Place them onto the smoker for about 2 hours to get a really nice bark.
- Once your bark is set, remove from the grill and add to a Dutch oven with a bottle of your favorite soda, (I used Cherry Pepsi) and ½ a bottle of your favorite barbeque sauce.
- Place back onto the smoker and let them braise for about 2 hours or until they are fall apart tender then shred the beef.
- Using your favorite slider buns, toast them and assemble your sliders using pickled jalapenos, shredded beef, and crispy onions!
