Ninja Cue's Pastrami Burnt Ends
St Pattys day is coming up so be the hero and make NinjaCue's twist on a classic Reuben. 🥪

Cook Time: 1 hour / pound
Ingredients:
- Corn Beef Brisket
- Black pepper
- Garlic Powder
- Brown Sugar
- Butter
- White onions, diced
- Dill pickles
Directions:
- Take corn beef brisket and soak in water for 24 hours in fridge
-Remove brisket from water , rinse again and pat dry
-Rub with black pepper, granulated garlic powder and brown sugar (I used swerve)
-Smoke until the internal temperature gets to 190 and cube up.
-Toss in foil pan with brown sugar (swerve) and butter until 200-205, whenever it’s probe tender
-To finish I used @bestdamnbbqsauce Gold Rush for that vinegary flavor and sprinkled some diced white onions and dill pickles. (Like a play on a Reuben)
