Steps
- Slice the jalapeños lengthwise and carefully remove the seeds and membranes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped salami, ham, mozzarella, softened cream cheese, olive salad, and Italian seasoning. Mix until well combined, draining most of the excess oil from the olive salad.
- Spoon the muffuletta mixture evenly into each jalapeño half.
- Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with crescent roll dough, covering as much of the filling as possible.
- Combine the melted butter, Parmesan, garlic, and Italian seasoning. Brush the garlic butter generously over each crescent-wrapped popper and arrange them on a parchment-lined sheet pan.
- Preheat your smoker to 375°F and cook for 35–45 minutes, or until the crescent dough is golden brown and cooked through.
- Brush the finished poppers with another layer of garlic butter and let them rest for about 10 minutes before serving.

Muffaletta Poppers
- 4 large fresh jalapeños
- 1 tube crescent rolls
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 4 oz salami, chopped
- 4 oz ham, chopped
- 4 oz shredded mozzarella
- ⅔ cup olive salad, lightly drained
- 2 TSP Italian seasoning
Garlic Parmesan Butter
- ½ stick butter, melted
- 1 TBSP grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 TBSP garlic
- 2 TSP Italian seasoning
