Moink Balls

This recipe is GREAT for Game Days and can be easily doubled or even tripled depending on the size of your party!

Combining beef (moo!) and pork (oink!) for delicious bites every time!

Cook Time: Approx 1 hr 10 min


  • 12 All Beef Meatballs (premade for ease)
  • 6 slices thin cut bacon, halved
  • BBQ rub of choice
  • BBQ sauce of choice


  1. Turn on your grill and set the temp to 275 degrees.

  2. Wrap each meatball in a half strip of bacon, securing with a toothpick, or placing onto a skewer.

  3. Once all of the Moink Balls are made, apply your rub generously to all sides.

  4. Smoke your Moink Balls for 45 minutes, turning half way through to ensure even cooking

  5. After 45 minutes, apply the BBQ sauce of your choice.

  6. Increase the temp on your grill to 325 degrees and cook the Moink Balls for 20 more minutes, or until the internal temperature has reached at least 165 degrees.
