Marry Me Chicken French Bread Pizza

Bear Mountain ambassador Frank Campanella takes tender grilled chicken, spinach and artichoke dip, crispy bacon, and sun-dried tomatoes and melts it together over toasted French bread for a seriously irresistible bite.

Steps

  1. Season the chicken breast with olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Grill at 325°F until fully cooked through. Remove, dice into bite-size pieces, and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the spinach and artichoke dip, diced chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, bacon, Parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Mix until well incorporated.
  3. Slice the baguette in half lengthwise. Spread the mixture evenly over both halves. Top with additional Parmesan and sliced provolone.
  4. Preheat your smoker or grill to 325°F. Place the bread on the grates and cook for 25–30 minutes, until the cheese is melted, golden, and the bread is toasted.
  5. For extra browning, use a blow torch or place under a broiler for about 1 minute until bubbly and lightly charred.
  6. Slice and serve warm.
