Lobster Jalapeño Cheddar Biscuits

Steps

  1. Add cheddar cheese, flour, diced jalapeño, baking powder, salt, seasoning, milk, eggs, and softened butter into a mixing bowl and fold in all ingredients.
  2. Make 6 large balls with the biscuit dough and press two fingers in the center to make a pocket.
  3. Add in your chopped lobster and more cheddar cheese and fold edges over and seal.
  4. Dunk in butter and coat with shredded parmesan cheese and freshly chopped parsley.
  5. Place in a prepared non-stick 6 cup jumbo muffin tin.
  6. Set smoker to 375°F and cook for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
