Jalapeño Popper Shrimp Grenades
By Michael Duarte
These jalapeño shrimp grenades are the perfect addition to your summer grilling appetizer line up!
Steps
- Clean your full shrimp and make sure you take out the “vein” and set aside the heads.
- Set in the freezer for 30 minutes (Pro Tip: this will help slow down the cooking process of the shrimp in the smoker).
- Next, season your shrimp with Fireshire W sauce and Old Bay.
- Core out your jalapeños and stuff with cream cheese, then shrimp, then top with more cream cheese.
- Crown the shrimp tail with the head of the shrimp and push into the cream cheese to hold.
- Next, wrap with bacon and season with your favorite BBQ rub.
- In the smoker or oven at 375°F for 1 hour or until the bacon is fully cooked.
- Serve with Viral Hot Honey Ranch and enjoy!
