Hot Honey Party Ribs

Bear Mountain ambassador Brian Gerwig has our mouths watering with these Hot Honey party ribs! That iconic buffalo flavor we all love paired with honey gives these ribs the perfect sweet heat!

Steps

  1. Prep smoker by preheating to 250℉ with Bear Mountain BBQ Tailgating Blend pellets. 
  2. Cut ribs into pieces, covering with mustard as a binder and coat in your favorite barbecue rub. 
  3. Place the ribs on the smoker for about 2 hours until they reach about 190℉ internally. 
  4. In a foil pan, add ribs, ¾ stick of butter, a drizzle of honey, and buffalo sauce. 
  5. Cover and place back on the smoker for another hour until they reach 200℉. 
  6. Remove cover and let them smoke for another 15 minutes or so to tack up before  topping with green onions. Serve with ranch!

  • 1 pack spare ribs
  • mustard 
  • BBQ rub 
  • ¾ stick of butter 
  • honey 
  • buffalo sauce 
  • green onions - sliced
