Honey Garlic Sriracha Party Ribs

You can never go wrong with ribs, but these honey garlic sriracha party ribs from Bear Mountain BBQ ambassador Brian Gerwig are next level and so good!

Steps

  1. Cut ribs into individual pieces, and place into a large bowl. Cover with mustard and your favorite barbeque rub. We used Honey Garlic Sriracha rub.
  2. Fire up your smoker to 250°F using Bear Mountain BBQ Oak pellets.
  3. Place the ribs on the smoker for about 2 hours until they reach about 190°F internally.
  4. Remove ribs from the smoker and add to a pan with ¾ stick of butter, ½ cup brown sugar, and a drizzle of honey and Sriracha sauce.
  5. Cover with foil and place on the smoker for an hour until they reach 200°F.
  6. Remove the foil on your pan and let them smoke for another 15 minutes to tack up.
  7. Once done, remove from the smoker and top with green onion and sesame seeds to serve!
