I just grilled my favorite cocktail, and my life is better for it. 🍑🔥🥃 Y'all, I remixed my go-to summer cocktail, Peach Bourbon Smash with a smoky maple twist, all thanks to @bearmountain's Maple Bourbon Pecan pellets.

Grilling the peaches and smoking the maple syrup over these pellets? Game changer. Steps

  1. Preheat your grill to 450F using Bear Mountain Maple Bourbon Pecan pellets.
  2. Skewer peach halves and lemon halves, lightly brushing them with 1 tablespoon of smoked maple syrup. Grill for 2-3 minutes per side until nicely caramelized and charred.
  3. In a cup or cocktail shaker, add the grilled peach, lemon, remaining 1 tablespoon of smoked maple syrup, bourbon whiskey, Angostura bitters, and a sprig of rosemary. Muddle thoroughly to extract flavors.
  4. Pour the mixture through a sieve into a glass filled with ice. Top off with ginger beer and stir gently. Garnish with additional grilled peach slices and a sprig of rosemary if desired.
