Fall Off the Bone Ribs
- Pat a rack of baby back ribs dry with a paper towel on both sides
- Remove the membrane from the ribs
- Spread mustard all over the ribs to act as a binder for the seasoning
- Season the ribs liberally on both sides with your favorite BBQ rub. Let the meat rest for about 30 minutes before placing it on your smoker.
- Cook at 275F for 2 hours.
- Prep your foil to wrap the ribs by laying down two equal sheets of heavy-duty aluminum foil on top of each other. Sprinkle a half cup of brown sugar on top of the aluminum foil, place down half a stick of butter sliced into sections, and finish it off with a big drizzle of honey.
- Place your ribs meat side down onto the foil and wrap them tightly.
- Put the wrapped ribs back on the grill bone side down at 275F for 2 more hours.
- Remove the ribs from the foil, and baste them with some of your favorite BBQ sauce if you would like. Smoke them a final 30 minutes to create a beautiful glaze.
- Let them rest for at least 20 minutes before slicing and enjoying these delicious ribs!
