The ultimate fusion in one dish: Elote Mac and Cheese. This mas, made my Bear Mountain ambassador Brian Gerwig, features sweet and savory elote, creamy mac and cheese and a hint of spice! It doesn’t get much better than this.

Oak BBQ Wood Pellets

Steps

Fill your hopper with Bear Mountains Oak BBQ pellets. Preheat your grill or smoker to 350F.
Sauté ½ diced onion and 2 diced jalapeños for 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.
Add in 3-4 cloves of chopped garlic.
Add in 1 can of corn (drained) and then season with salt, pepper, paprika.
Add in 1 ½ cups of heavy cream and bring to a simmer, then shut off heat and add 3 cups of shredded cheese. (mozzarella and Muenster are good choices, but use your favorite)
Add your sauce to 3 cups of cooked noodles in a pan, mix it thoroughly.
Add 1 cup of remaining cheese on top and cook at 350F for 20-30 minutes until the cheese is nice and melted.
Serve and enjoy!

Ingredients:

½ Onion - diced
2 Jalapeños – diced
4 Garlic cloves -rough chopped
1 Can of corn -drained
1 tsp of Salt
1 tsp of Pepper
1 tsp of Paprika
1 ½ Cups of Heavy cream
4 Cups of shredded cheese (reserve one cup for topping)
3 Cups of cooked noodles
