Crispy Grilled Boursin Dip
Looking for a dip that’s crunchy, cheesy and smoky? Then this Boursin dip by Bear Mountain ambassador Jennifer Plemmons is for you.

Ingredients:
- 1 wheel Boursin cheese
- ½ cup flour
- ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- Salt
- Pepper
- Italian seasoning
- Spicy honey (optional)
- Bear Mountain BBQ’s Chophouse Blend, available exclusively at Walmart
Instructions:
- Preheat your pellet grill or smoker to 400 degrees and add in Bear Mountain’s Chophouse Blend pellets.
- Set out 3 bowls- one with flour, one with Panko that’s also seasoned with salt, pepper and Italian seasoning and one with a beaten egg.
- Take your Boursin cheese out of the foil and place it into the flour bowl, making sure all sides are covered well.
- Dust off the excess, dip into the egg bowl, making sure all sides are covered. Then dip into the Panko bowl and make sure all sides are covered.
- Place Boursin on a grill safe pan and pop it into the grill for 20-25 minutes.
- Once the panko is golden brown, remove the Boursin from the grill.
- Drizzle spicy honey over the Boursin if you want an extra kick.
- Transfer the Boursin to a dish and serve with something crunchy. Pretzel crackers, cucumbers and carrot sticks are great options!
- Dig in and enjoy!
