Steps

  1. Preheat your smoker to 350F 
  2. Take your thick cut bacon strips and cut in half. Place them on a wire rack and into the smoker at 350F until to your desired doneness. 
  3. While your bacon is cooking, season both sides of each chicken breast with Meat Church Texas Sugar rub. Place the chicken into the smoker at 350F for about 45 minutes. 
  4. When your internal temperature hits 150F, coat the chicken breasts in BBQ sauce and top with cooked bacon and shredded Colby Jack cheese. 
  5. Place back in smoker for about 15 minutes or until the internal temperature hits 165F. 
  6. Remove from smoker and enjoy!
