Steps
Cook bacon in a pan until crispy then set aside reserving about a tablespoon of bacon grease. Add your diced onion and two diced jalapenos to the pan and sauté until fragrant. Add in your ground beef and your minced garlic cloves. Once ground beef is cooked and drained, add it to a half pan with baked beans (not drained), red kidney beans (drained) and cannellini beans (drained). Add in your bacon crumbles, barbeque sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, yellow mustard, Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar and mix well! Place on your preheated smoker at 350°F for 30-45 minutes until the sauce thickens and you are ready to serve!
