Steps

  1. Pour the bag of chips onto a baking tray and spread evenly.
  2. Sprinkle the gorgonzola cheese crumbles evenly over the chips.
  3. Shred the prosciutto de Parma into bite sized pieces and spread evenly across the chips.
  4. Smoke at 300°F for 20 minutes until the cheese is nice and melted.
  5. Remove from the smoker and drizzle on as much balsamic glaze as you’d like and enjoy!
