Cheesy Chimichurri Wings
Steps
Wings:
- Preheat your smoker to 375F.
- Season chicken wings with salt, pepper, garlic and place on the smoker for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Once wings are 175F internally, add slices of provolone cheese to the top and cook for about 5 minutes, or long enough for the cheese to melt.
- Once done, remove from smoker and place into a bowl and top with the chimichurri mixture. Enjoy!
Chimichurri:
- Add parsley, cilantro, shallot, garlic, red pepper flakes, onion powder, coarse salt, olive oil, and red wine vinegar to a bowl and mix. Set aside while chicken wings finish.
