Bourbon Spiced Pumpkin Pie
Sweet, smoky and rich with delicious bourbon flavor, a Thanksgiving staple smoked to perfection.

Ingredients:
- 1 (15 oz.) can of pumpkin puree (*not pumpkin pie filling)
- 1 (12 oz.) can of sweetened condensed milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 pre-formed graham cracker crust
- 1.5 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- ¼ cup Spiced Bourbon *you can also use non-spiced bourbon and add an additional 1/2 tsp of pumpkin pie spice
Preparation:
1. Preheat your pellet grill to 425-degrees, or as hot as it will go if it won't reach 425
2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together all ingredients until well blended. Feel free to add more/less bourbon to taste.
3. Fill the pre-formed graham cracker crust to the top
4. Carefully place the pie on to the grill and cook for 15 min at 425-degrees
5. Reduce the temperature to 350-degrees and cook for an additional 30 min.
6. Complete a toothpick test to confirm the pie is cooked through by placing a toothpick into the middle of the pie. If it comes out clean, set the pies aside to cool.
7. When cooled, top with Maple Bourbon Whipped Cream and enjoy!
Maple Bourbon Whipped Cream
- 1 Cup COLD Heavy Whipping Cream
- ¼ cup Bourbon
- ¼ cup Maple Syrup
- 2 Tbls Powdered Sugar
Using an electric hand mixer, whip the whipping cream and powdered sugar until the cream reaches soft peaks. Add the bourbon and maple syrup and continue to whip until the whipped cream reaches desired thickness*.
*Be careful to not over-whip as you’ll make maple bourbon butter.
