Buffalo Chicken Jalapeño Poppers
These jalapeño poppers bring maximum flavor for game day. Plus, they’re easy to

Prep time: 20-25
Cook time: 2 ½-3 hours
Serves: 3-4
Ingredients:
1. Set your grill or smoker to 375 degrees and pour in Bear Mountain’s Chef’s
Choice pellets.
2. Season your whole chicken with your favorite rub and place in the grill or smoker.
3. Smoke the chicken until the chicken breast reaches 165 degrees.
4. Rest for 30 minutes and then shred.
5. In a bowl mix shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese and buffalo sauce.
6. Scoop out the jalapeños so only the shell is left.
7. In your jalapeño boat add cream cheese, buffalo chicken mix and a sprinkle of
blue cheese crumbles.
8. Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with a strip of bacon.
9. Top with your favorite BBQ sauce and place in the grill or smoker at 375 degrees
for about 1 hour, or until the bacon is done.
10. Top with buffalo sauce & blue cheese.
