Crunchy, smoky, and absolutely loaded, these buffalo chicken chippy boys from Bear Mountain ambassador Joe DiApice are a bold twist on classic game-day snacks. Smoky heat from the smoker, tangy buffalo sauce, and salty chips come together fast for a no-fuss crowd-pleaser.

Steps

  1. Spread the potato chips evenly on a large baking tray.
  2. Top the chips with blue cheese crumbles and chopped rotisserie chicken. Season generously with Heath Riles Buffalo Seasoning.
  3. Preheat your smoker to 350°F using Bear Mountain BBQ Tailgating Blend pellets. Place the tray in the smoker and cook for 30 minutes, until heated through and slightly crisp.
  4. Remove from the smoker and pour buffalo sauce over the top. Serve immediately and enjoy.
