Best Damn Potato Salad

If you mess with a staple, it has to be good. Damn good.

Prep time: 15 min
Cook time: 1 hr


  • 2lbs small red potatoes
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp ground pepper
  • 4 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 ½ cups mayo
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped scallions


  1. Combine potatoes, oil, salt, and paper into a mixing bowl and toss
  2. Arrange the potatoes in a single layer in a large aluminum pan
  3. Set your grill to 350-400 degrees
  4. Once the grill has reached temperature smoke the potatoes for an hour making sure to stir periodically
  5. While potatoes are cooking mix the sriracha and mayo in a large mixing bowl
  6. Once potatoes are done smoke mix them with the sriracha mayo, scallions, and parsley

Pairs well with the following Bear Mountain Premium BBQ Wood Pellets, and an ice-cold lager.
