What could make a classic comfort meal even better? Smoke it of course! Bear Mountain ambassador Joe DiApice leveled up this classic meal with his BBQ smoked meatloaf!

Steps

  1. Preheat your pellet grill to 250°F. 
  2. Place all ingredients into a large bowl and mix until well combined. 
  3. Remove meat mixture from the bowl and form into the shape of a loaf with your hands.
  4. Season with your favorite BBQ rub and place onto your smoker for about 3 hours or until your internal temperature reaches 145°F. 
  5. Baste with your favorite BBQ sauce and let smoke for another 20 minutes. Remove from the smoker and enjoy!
