Bacon Wrapped Pork Tenderloin
Steps
- Preheat smoker/grill to 225℉.
- Begin by removing the silver skin and excess fat from the pork loins.
- Lay out the bacon side by side, slightly overlapping.
- Place one pork loin at the edge of the bacon and roll tightly and make sure the bacon covers as much of the meat as possible.
- Sprinkle all sides with Meat Church Honey Hog rub.
- Add pork loins to the grill and let them cook for 2 hours.
- After 2 hours, brush on BBQ sauce and set the temperature to 400℉.
- Cook for another 30 minutes.
- Remove from the smoker and rest for about 10 minutes.
- Slice and enjoy!
