Bacon Wrapped Pork Tenderloin

This bacon-wrapped pork tenderloin has an unmatched bold, smokey flavor and is perfect on its own or served as a slider.

Steps

  1. Preheat smoker/grill to 225℉.
  2. Begin by removing the silver skin and excess fat from the pork loins.
  3. Lay out the bacon side by side, slightly overlapping. 
  4. Place one pork loin at the edge of the bacon and roll tightly and make sure the bacon covers as much of the meat as possible.
  5. Sprinkle all sides with Meat Church Honey Hog rub.
  6. Add pork loins to the grill and let them cook for 2 hours.  
  7. After 2 hours, brush on BBQ sauce and set the temperature to 400℉.
  8. Cook for another 30 minutes. 
  9. Remove from the smoker and rest for about 10 minutes. 
  10. Slice and enjoy!
