Steps

  1. Fill your hopper with Bear Mountains Oak BBQ pellets. Preheat to 350F.
  2. Cut bacon into thirds and wrap Lil Smokies in bacon, securing with a toothpick.
  3. Season with brown sugar and your favorite BBQ rub. The sugar will help the bacon caramelize.
  4. Place Lil Smokies in preheated smoker for 45 minutes to an hour, or until the bacon is crispy. (I flipped halfway through)
  5. Once your bacon is crispy, these are ready to serve and enjoy!
