What’s better than pizza rolls? Pizza rolls wrapped in bacon, that’s what! Bear Mountain ambassador Michael Duarte  says these are the ultimate snack food to go along with a cold beer.

Steps

  1. Preheat your grill to 350°F with Bear Mountain BBQ Chef’s Choice pellets.
  2. Wrap each frozen pizza roll in ½ a slice of thin bacon and place on a wire rack.
  3. Drizzle your honey over the pizza rolls and place a slice of jalapeno on top.
  4. Dust your pizza rolls with your favorite BBQ rub.
  5. Place on your smoker and smoke for 30 minutes or until bacon is nice and crispy.
  6. When done, top with more honey and enjoy!

    Notes: For the Hot Pockets, follow the same steps, but smoke for 45 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag of pizza rolls or 1 box of pepperoni pizza Hot Pockets
  • 1 pack of bacon
  • Honey
  • 1 jalapeno – sliced
  • An all-purpose rub like the Derek Wolf | Big Bad BBQ Ale
  • Bear Mountain Chef's Choice 100% BBQ Wood Pellets
