Steps
Form your ground beef into patties and season them with your favorite burger rub. Grill them until they are medium rare. Once cooked, remove them and chop them up. Into a pan, add cubed white Velveeta cheese, cubed Colby jack cheese, cream cheese, Rotel, caramelized onion, dill pickle relish, burger rub, mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup and a splash of milk. Turn your smoker up to 350°F and place your pan on the grill to smoke for 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes until all of the cheese is completely melted. Once finished, remove from grill and top with bacon bits and green onion. Enjoy!
