Steps
- Pat the wings dry with paper towels.
- Season the wings with cornstarch and Meat Church Blanco seasoning, tossing until evenly coated.
- In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, horseradish, sugar, lemon juice, and Holy Cow seasoning. Mix until smooth and refrigerate until ready to use.
- Preheat your smoker to 350°F.
- Place the wings directly on the grates and cook for 1 hour, or until the wings are crispy and fully cooked through.
- Remove the wings from the smoker and toss in the Alabama White Sauce, or serve the sauce on the side for dipping.
- Serve immediately.

- 2 lbs. chicken wings
- 1 TBSP cornstarch
- Meat Church Blanco seasoning
Alabama White Sauce
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 TBSP horseradish
- 1 TBSP sugar
- 1 TBSP lemon juice
- 1 TBSP Meat Church Holy Cow seasoning (or SPG seasoning)
